Amarone della Valpolicella docg classico

This wine is created by drying the grapes that are laid to rest after a first careful selection of the best bunches during the harvest; the best ripened, and above all bunches with fewer grapes. A second selection is carried out in the grape drying facility called “fruttaio” where we can control the correct integrity and state of health of the fruit. The grapes continue drying for a period before being pressed.

AGING: for a long time in the cellar and then in bottle.

GRAPES: according to the production regulations of Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG.

PRODUCTION AREA: our vineyards spread out on the hillsides and foothills in the heart of the Valpolicella classica area, on silty, clay soil.

TASTING NOTE: garnet red colour. Intense aroma, ethereal and spicy. Soft dry and “smooth” flavour, with a vigorous full body.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 16/16,5% vol.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: ideal for main and second courses such as roasts grilled and red meat in general as well as with seasoned cheeses.

SERVICE: should be served at a temperature of about 16/18 °C.

BOTTLE: 0.750 liters and magnum 1.5 liters.

PACKAGING: cartons with 6 bottles reclined weighing approx. 8 kg or 12 bottles weighing approx. 16 kg.
