Valpolicella doc classico superiore


The grapes of this wine can be left to dry in the grape drying facility called “fruttaio” for a short period, they are then pressed and, in some vintages, combined with pressed fresh grapes.

AGING  for the correct time in the cellar and then in bottle.

GRAPES:  according to the production regulations of Valpolicella DOC.

PRODUCTION AREA: our vineyards spread out on the hillsides and foothills in the heart of the Valpolicella classica area, on silty, clay soil.

TASTING NOTE: intense ruby red colour. Red fruity delicate bouquet. Elegant smooth and fresh taste.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14/14.5% vol.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: it goes well with a variety of dishes and particularly with red meat and cheese.

SERVICE: should be served at a temperature of about 16/18 degrees.

BOTTLE:0.750 liters.

PACKAGING: cartons with 6 bottles reclined weighing approx. 8 kg or 12 bottles weighing approx. 16 kg.
